Awarded abstract painter and ceramicist, Breda also guides people to find spiritual truth, uncover their soul purpose, and connect with their soul through painting.

Blessings & St. Brigid

Breda’s original abstract “Blessings” artwork give the gift of Love, Abundance, Wisdom, Connection, and much more. Exhibited in solo and group art shows, many of these emotive paintings have also been awarded in international art competitions and are used by holistic therapists and individuals in healing and meditation work.

Breda honours her namesake Brigid through The Brigid Experience and her St. Brigid Elements Series of Earth, Water, Air and Fire prints and handmade ceramic St. Brigid Fonts and Goddess Bowls.

Spirit & Soul

Since 2010, Breda has shared her leading-edge Declutter Therapy modality with global lifestyle brands, charities and clients and has been featured by TV, radio, newspapers and magazines worldwide. She still supports students today through her The Declutter Academy Professional Certified Training.

Making life choices to align with her creative expression, Breda is passionate about also guiding others on their spiritual path and helping them let go so that the soul can speak.
